We Grow Panthers Spotlight

We’re proud to share that NCHS was recently ranked #3 of all Indianapolis high schools by U.S. News & World Report for the 2025-26 school year. This top-tier ranking reflects the dedication of our students, teachers, staff, and families who work every day to foster academic excellence and a strong school community. Way to go, Panthers!

Club Days at the Middle Schools

Middle Schools are excited to implement monthly Club Days! Each middle school has scheduled time for students to develop a sense of belonging by embedding various club activities. This month, our students participated in robotics, dancing, volleyball, coding, gardening, Best Buddies, Frisbee Fun, Yahtzee, Pokemon, jazz band, scrapbook junking, Breakout Boxes, Dungeons & Dragons, and Girls’ Flag football, to name a few. A huge shout-out to our teachers and administrators for bringing this to life. We are thrilled about connecting our students with their varied interests and each other.

Technology Tips

Great news! Parents and guardians already have an Observer Canvas account set up by the district. The account uses the same email you have listed in Skyward. To get started, go to msdwt.instructure.com, click “Forgot Password” and enter your Skyward email. You’ll receive a link to set your password. Having a Canvas observer account will allow you to easily check your student's assignments and communicate with their teachers.
