Student Chromebook Distribution Day is Wednesday, July 29

To begin the 2020-21 school year, Washington Township Schools is once again providing a school-issued Chromebook for any student (Grades K-8) who needs a device for virtual learning. We realize that not every family has a device at home that works well with Canvas or other applications. Although cell phones may be compatible, a laptop or tablet enables students to work through assignments more easily and efficiently.


Middle school Chromebook Distribution Day is only for families needing a device for virtual learning to start the school year. If your student was previously issued a Chromebook in the spring (Grades 2-7), you will continue using the same device and will NOT need to sign up again. 


If your child will be an incoming freshman at North Central, you will be EXCHANGING Chromebooks on Thursday, July 23 (regardless of need, ALL North Central students will be issued a new Chromebook).

Interested families are required to complete the Device Request Form by Friday, July 24 so that we can prepare your student’s Chromebook.

Debido al virus COVID-19, las Escuelas del Municipio de Washington han decidido abrir virtualmente el año escolar 2020-2021. Washington Township Schools quiere permitir a cada estudiante GRADOS K-8 que no tiene una computadora en su casa o que no se llevó una computadora MSDWT a casa, la oportunidad de pedir prestada una de la escuela de su hijo. Los estudiantes de North Central ya habrán recibido sus dispositivos.

Por favor entienda que el estudiante es completamente responsable del dispositivo. Si pierde el dispositivo, la familia tendrá que cubrir el costo de remplazar el dispositivo. Si el dispositivo sufre algún daño, la familiar tendrá que asumir el costo de la reparación.

Additionally, families will need to update their student’s information in Skyward Family Access before coming to pick up the device. It is important that you carefully review all areas to ensure information is current and for technology to be checked out to your student.
